A fusion of Shamanic Drumming with Reiki, a Reiki Drum Journey a unique fusion of ancient healing practices. The rhythmic healing power of the drum has been known since ancient times. Our bodies quite naturally sync with the beat and this calms the nervous system and slows the brainwaves down to a theta state. During this session I will guide you through a simple process and into a deep state of relaxation. All you need do is allow the soothing vibrations of Reiki energy to flow through you. The gentle yet powerful drumming helps to clear and release blocked and stagnant energy from your energy field, restore balance, and can help you to connect more deeply with your own inner wisdom. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, stress relief, or simply a space to relax deeply, this journey offers a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit. This journey will be hosted at The Hut - Oldfield Forge on Garway hill. In this space we will share a seated experience gathered around some flames. Please wear comfortable layers and bring along a blanket. A warm drink will be included in the ticket price and you are welcome to use the cafe following the Journey for a bite to eat.
