Whether you want to combat workplace stress, improve colleague relations or support a staff member who is struggling I can help!

Stress for many can be an ambiguous concept, something that's spoken of, felt and yet rarely fully understood. It's something that everyone experiences and many hide they are experiencing.  Staff may be secretly buckling under pressure and burning out.  Imagine bringing awareness to how stress arises in us as individuals, how widespread the effects are to our health and what simple actions we can take daily, before that becomes chronic that will improve productivity and contentment across the workforce.

Some folks do perform well under stress and that can be a wonderful thing but it's not sustainable when it's continuous and only helpful with some tasks.  When we are stressed less of our brain is online, we can make rash decisions that can be costly. Relaxed and happy employees perform better, have stronger immune systems and therefore less sick days!

How I work with a company is similar to how I work with an individual, I take a look at what is presenting and bring what is needed rather than run from a script.

Ultimately at the core of all that I do is relational work and it's how staff relate to themselves and others that makes a business successful.

Some examples of what I can offer

Educational group sessions

  • Stress and the nervous system - simple ways to calm your nervous system to combat stress symptoms.

  • An introduction to Circle in the workplace - circle culture can transform your meetings and staff interactions. Improved listening skills and awareness around rescuing and unsolicited advice can reduce workplace tension and improve team cohesion.

  • Group mediation - get to the core of why relations have broken down and work with individuals to move beyond conflict and find resolution.

Individual support and consultation

  • Trauma informed one to one therapy to support your staff member in times of personal crisis, periods of poor mental health or back to work after burn out.

  • Success sessions - Your staff can only take your business to the success levels their nervous system can handle and what they believe is possible. I can work with staff members using belief mapping to identify limiting beliefs and work with them to re-programme their subconscious for greater success!

  • Moving the management from punitive to progressive - Often managers might approach staff with an overlay of how they were parented. Perhaps they grew up with a volatile punitive parent, and find when under stress they treat staff in the same way. Productivity is less when staff are managed through fear and shame rather than autonomy and encouragement. Applying attachment theory to the workplace if you like! I can work with managers to explore how their early experiences might be hindering how they show up in their role. This can be very targeted or more general support.
