30 mins for us to connect and get curious. It's an opportunity for you to ask me questions and find out more about the way I work. This is oriented towards diving deep into weekly hypnotherapy, let's find the roots of your struggles, gently soothe your nervous system, whisper healing words to the wounded parts of you and changing the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. No pressure, just genuine curiosity around what this might create for you. Let's see if I'm your kind of person first because that's really important when choosing a therapist. If that's a yes and you are ready we can then get you stepping in to that brave space where transformation happens. No longer alone with you healing but with a compassionate companion holding your hand and gently guiding you along the way.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give 48hrs notice where ever possible. Please understand that I am keeping this time set aside for you, time that I could be giving to another client or my children.
