30 mins for us to connect and get curious. This is an opportunity for you to ask me questions and find out more about the ways I work. Perhaps you would like to be diving deep into weekly hypnotherapy with me to find the roots of your struggles, gently soothe your nervous system, whisper healing words to the wounded parts of you and change the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Perhaps you will want to consider a relationship reset or just want to meet me before booking a 1 to 1. Ultimately there will be no pressure, just genuine curiosity around what working with me might create for you. Let's see if I'm your kind of person first because that's really important when choosing a guide. You'll know if I'm right for you and when you are ready we can then make a plan to have you stepping in to that brave space where transformation happens. No longer alone with you healing but with a compassionate companion holding your hand and gently guiding you along the way.
