Feb Reclamation of Self 5 week immersion

Service Description

Reclamation of Self is a programme of Reiki drum Journeys for women who know they are more than their role! In life we lose ourselves in our roles, be that partner, mother, employee, carer, whatever the role it's all too easy to become so busy meeting the needs and expectations of others that we lose our sense of Self. Our identity as an individual. This work is especially relevant to mothers who are finding themselves again after a period of needing to be so available as a parent that they've forgotten how to be themselves. All the focus has been on the kids for so long you've allowed all your hobbies and interests to drift, perhaps you haven't been working for a while being so fully of service to the family. Or perhaps you come to this work to find yourself again after a relationship where you tried so hard to be whatever would make the relationship work only to realise you've cut off too much of yourself to live fully. Perhaps you were told you weren't enough, perhaps you are recovering from emotional abuse. In this programme we will be calling you back to a fuller, truer more vibrant you, beyond the limits of the judgements of others! Perhaps it's time for you to unmask? Perhaps you are discovering you are neurodivergent and have spent so many years trying to fit in to a NT society. Who would you be if you were fully embracing your true self in all your authenticity? Is it time to call back the parts of yourself that have been in hiding? Week 1 we will Journey to reclaim our Strength, exploring Self Reliance and Self Worth Week 2 we will Journey to reclaim our Creativity, exploring Manifesting Self Week 3 we will Journey to reclaim our Power, exploring Self Assertion Week 4 we will Journey to reclaim our Self Compassion, exploring Self Love & Self Acceptance Week 5 we will Journey to reclaim our Voice, exploring Self Expression

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give 48hrs notice where ever possible. I don't like to charge for cancellations but please understand that I am keeping this time set aside for you with the expectation of income. Loss of income needs to be covered. If I can not book another client into your timeslot then it feels fair that the session is paid for just as I would always respectfully pay others for an appointment I have made but not managed to keep.
